Age and Identification Requirements
Jet Ski Operation: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Accompanied Minors: Participants aged 16-17 may operate a jet ski if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Age requirement: Must be 10 years or older.
Identification: All participants must present a valid photo ID before the tour.
Safety and Conduct
Life Jackets: Must be worn at all times while on the jet ski.
Safety Briefing: Mandatory attendance before departure.
Instructions: Must follow the guide’s instructions and adhere to all safety guidelines.
Alcohol and Drugs: Strictly prohibited before and during the tour. Turks Tides reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit to participate. Guests arriving unfit to ride may reschedule if possible or forfeit the refund if canceled.
Health and Medical Considerations
Physical Fitness: Participants must be in good health and physically able to operate a jet ski.
Medical Conditions: Consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions that could be affected by physical activity or water sports. Inform the guide of any medical conditions or concerns prior to the tour.
Weather and Sea Conditions
Tour Operator Cancellations: Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Guest Cancellations: If you cancel due to weather or sea conditions against the judgment of the guide or Turks Tides staff, you will forfeit 50% of the total tour price. The remaining 50% will be refunded or credited towards a future booking at our discretion.
Liability
Inherent Risks: Participants acknowledge the risks involved in jet skiing and agree to participate at their own risk.
Responsibility: Turks Tides is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
Liability Waiver: Required to sign before the tour begins. Refusal to sign will result in non-refunded cancellation of the tour.
Equipment Use
Damage: Participants are responsible for any damage to the jet ski caused by reckless or negligent behavior.
Safety Equipment: Provided by Turks Tides, including life jackets.
Photography and Media
Media Use: Turks Tides may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your images for such purposes.
Late Arrivals
Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Late Arrivals: Will result in a shortened tour duration with no refund for lost time.
